We arrive at Queen Alia airport in Amman where pre-arranged transport will pick us up from the airport and take us to Wadi Rum village taking approximately 4 hours. The afternoon/evening will be spent settling in.

Day 2

We will start with a bit of an introduction to get to know each other and the place a little. The majority of the day will be spent scrambling/hiking and easing ourselves into the new environment.

Day 3

Climbing in Wadi Rum - Short multi-pitch route

We will spend the day climbing a short(er) muti-pitch route and return back to the village late afternoon.

Day 4

Climbing in Wadi Rum - Long multi-pitch route + overnight camp.

Today will be a fairly early start, we will spend all day climbing a much longer multi-pitch route and will camp out overnight.

Day 5

Climbing in Wadi Rum - Return to Wadi Rum village

We will spend today making our descent back to the village after our overnight camp and have a relaxed evening to recharge.

Day 6

Climbing in Wadi Rum - Choice of route/hike

Today we be our final day in Wadi Rum and an opportunity to choose something to tackle as a group, so if there is anything that has caught your eye this is the chance to do it.

Day 7

Travel from Wadi Rum to Wadi Musa

We will travel via pre-arranged transport to Wadi Musa where we will be staying at a hostel located close to Petra. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. This will be the first opportunity for a hot shower and a proper bed. After a week in the desert this feels like luxury.

Day 8 - 9

Petra

We will spend the next 2 days exploring Petra and Wadi Musa. There is so much to see here and a fair distance to walk so we can take our time and explore to our hearts content.
